Mendoza

Mendoza is where it all begins. Our Argentine home is in Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo, just 30 minutes from the provincial capital and at the heart of one of the world's leading wine tourism regions. Here the Andes act as guardians of the climate: wide diurnal temperature ranges, cool nights that preserve acidity and warm days that ripen the fruit to full expression.

In Valle de Uco we work with three estates that define the winery's high-altitude style. Los Altepes, in Los Árboles, sits at 1,050 m above sea level and yields grapes of great intensity and complexity; Los Barrancos, in Vista Flores, contributes minerality and a distinctive freshness from its particular soils; Los Inicios, also in Vista Flores, was the first vineyard where Mauricio Lorca planted his own vision in Valle de Uco.

In Rivadavia, Mauricio Lorca's hometown, Finca El Mirador preserves a different viticultural memory: ancestral varieties such as Criolla, Moscatel, Pedro Giménez and Ancellota give rise to the Natural range — low-alcohol, high-fruit-expression wines that recapture the spirit of the old vineyard.
